To simplify your ordering process, we have compiled a series of questions that we are frequently asked by our customers. You will find this information in the Questions and Answers section. In the Buying Instructions section, you will find instructions on how to order flowers from our internet shop. We will guide you step by step through the ordering process from choosing flowers and gifts to payment.

For dpd deliveries, you will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is being processed by dpd (1-2 business days before the delivery date). You can then use this code to track where the flower parcel is on the dpd website. Attention: the e-mail may also be in your spam order.

Are you not the recipient and the parcel has been forwarded to a parcel shop? Please let the recipient know where it can be collected.

For florist deliveries, you will receive an SMS on the mobile phone number you provide in your personal information. We only use your mobile phone number to send you a delivery confirmation.

dpd delivery

The product number of the bouquet consists of a 4-digit numerical code. Furthermore, the flowers that are delivered by dpd are marked with a pink box icon.

Florist delivery

The product number starts with BOU (for bouquet) or ARR (for flower arrangement).

You will find the product number under the picture of the bouquet. All funeral floral products are processed by a florist.

If you ordered flowers by post via our partner dpd, you will be sent a tracking code for the flower parcel as soon as the order has been processed by dpd (1-2 business days before the delivery date). If you choose flower which are delivered with dpd you can only select Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as a delivery date. (bank holidays are exluded).

Track the status with your code on the dpd website.
Please note that in rare cases the delivery may differ 1-2 business days from the requested date.

For florist deliveries: the florist will deliver the flowers to the door or leave them with a neighbour. You are also welcome to leave your wishes in this regard in the "Comments for the florist" field.

For dpd deliveries: Enter your shipment tracking code on the dpd website. You can then either specify a drop-off location or have the delivery left with a neighbour.

Each bouquet is available in three different price categories: Normal, Large and Luxurious. The size of the bouquet depends on the price, it contains more or less flowers. The picture shows a bouquet in the Large size. The Normal size contains a smaller number of flowers, the Luxurious size contains more flowers. The exact number of flowers may vary and depends on the season and daily prices, but we guarantee that the colour, shape and value of the bouquet delivered is always our utmost concern.

The flowers and plants are hand-tied or prepared by a local florist and may differ from the product image in the web shop depending on season, price fluctuations, location and availability. Please note that due to the current impact of Covid-19, there may be delays in same-day delivery from your florist.

We cannot guarantee delivery on Sundays and public holidays. In most major cities, we have some partner shops that are open for Sunday deliveries. On special holidays and occasions such as Mother's Day, most shops are open for delivery.

Check that you have entered the correct details. The username is made up of your email address and the password is something you set yourself when you registered. If you are using an email address that is no longer valid, please contact customer service to change the username.

Our vouchers formerly known as FlowerCards can be redeemed in all Euroflorist partner shops in Austria. The value of the voucher cards is given in euros.

All our partner shops accept our voucher cards. Go to Search Florist and enter the city where you want to redeem your voucher card. Click on Search and a list of all local partner shops will appear. If you click on Partner Details, the address, telephone number and opening hours of the selected shop will appear. If the desired city is not displayed, please contact our customer service.

Do you already have an account? Log in before you place your order. From there, you have easy access to your address book. If you want to become a member, please register.

Step 1 – Product
Choose size on the product you have selected. Here you can also choose if you want any accessories like a vase or flower nutrition to be added to your product. Click on ‘buy now’ to place the order in your basket.

Step 2 – Cart
The first thing you do is filling in the recipient for your product. Here, you also add gifts or accessories to your product. Click on the respective icons to do so. Remember that you must complete the recipient’s details before continuing to the next step. When the recipient window appears you fill in all fields that have an asterisk (*) next to it. Click on add recipient after finishing. In the accessories and gifts window, you tick the box belonging to the gift you would like to add to your order. Click on Add to basket to continue. Of course, it is possible to choose more than one gift or accessory if you wish. Our gift collection varies depending on delivering city. If you would like to place another order before continuing to payment, click on continue shopping and start over. You can also choose to copy the order and edit the details. If you have many orders to the same address this is the fastest way. Click on ‘Pay now’ to continue.

Step 3 – Billing
Here you choose a payment option by ticking the box with your preferred choice. Fill in the details that are asked for. If you have received a discount code in our newsletter, you can use it here. Please read through our Terms of Purchase and accept them at the bottom of the page. Click on ‘Pay’ to continue. Depending on what payment option you choose, you will either be redirected to our secure payment page or sent directly to our order confirmation page. Your order confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address. Here you can also click to print out a receipt as a confirmation of your purchase.
